SLC bans national cricketers from speaking to media

The Interim Committee running Sri Lanka Cricket has banned national cricketers from speaking to the media, journalists covering the first Test between Sri Lanka and Australia in Galle were told yesterday.
Despite repeated requests, Interim Committee Secretary Prakash Schafter informed that national cricketers will not be available to speak to journalists while the Chairman of the Interim Committee Upali Dharmadasa played it safe avoiding calls from journalists.
