The prize giving of the fourth All Island Essay Competition – 2010 conducted by the Press Complaints Commission of Sri Lanka (PCCSL) and the Ministry of Education was held in the Auditorium of the Sri Lanka Press Institute, Colombo on Thursday, December 16, 2010. The chief guest at the event was Mr. Sam Wijesinha, Chairman of the Dispute Resolution Council of the Press Complaints Commission of Sri Lanka.
